Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoodSEO (goodseo.tech), operated by Good Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

GoodSEO analyzes your website using your own Google data, suggests and writes content, and can publish that content to your website with your approval or, if you turn on automation, on your behalf. You must own or have authority over any website you connect.

Plans and billing

• The analysis plan is free.
• Paid plans are billed per website, monthly or annually, and include a monthly amount of AI usage that resets each month and does not roll over. Usage beyond it is billed from your prepaid wallet balance at the prices shown on your billing page.
• Wallet top-ups do not expire. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

Your content and ours

• You keep all rights to your website, your business information, and the content GoodSEO produces for you, including after you cancel.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before or after it publishes, and for ensuring it is accurate and lawful for your business, especially in regulated industries.
• We keep all rights to the GoodSEO software and service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• connect websites you do not control, or use the service against third parties;
• use the service to produce unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

Important disclaimers

• No ranking guarantees. Search engines are outside anyone's control. We show you real before-and-after data, but we cannot and do not promise rankings or traffic.
• AI output can be imperfect. We ground content in the information you provide and block unverified business claims, but you are the final editor of your website.
• The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On closure, the privacy policy's deletion terms apply.
