GoodSEO ("we", "us") is an AI SEO service operated by Good Solutions, reachable at [email protected]. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Your website address and the business knowledge you add (services, prices, story).
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
Information from Google, with your permission
When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we ask Google for read-only access and store, on your behalf:
- Search performance data for your website (queries, clicks, impressions, positions).
- Visitor statistics for your website (sessions, page views, conversions). We never see information identifying your individual visitors.
We use this data for exactly one purpose: analyzing your website and producing the reports, recommendations, and content you asked for. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we delete the stored copies on request.
GoodSEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information we collect automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and debugging.
- A session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How content generation works
To write content and images for you, we send the relevant parts of your website text and your business knowledge to AI providers (Anthropic, Perplexity, fal.ai) under agreements that prohibit them from using your data to train their models. Your Google data is summarized into statistics before any of it informs AI suggestions.
Who else sees data
Only the service providers that run GoodSEO: our hosting provider (Render), our file storage and network provider (Cloudflare), our payment processor (Stripe), and the AI providers above, each only to the extent needed to provide the service. We never sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email us at [email protected] to delete your account; we remove your personal data and stored Google data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, these rights are backed by law; we honor them for everyone.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and, for significant changes, email account holders.
